Job summary

Northeast Healthcare Recruitment, Inc. (NEHCR) is hiring 1099 NPs to perform pre-scheduled in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial plans across multiple counties in your region.

You set your own schedule with no required nights or weekends, and the role includes malpractice insurance and travel support where eligible. New grads are welcome to apply and there is potential for long-term contracts based on performance.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.
• New grads welcome — no minimum experience required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health assessments using pre-populated forms.
• Complete the visit, submit the form, done (no treatment plans).
• Submit forms after each visit and maintain accurate records.
• Travel across multiple counties in assigned region to cover visits.

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
