This 1099 role offers pre-populated forms, structured workflows, and no treatment plans—just efficient assessment work. You can start with New grads, manage your own schedule, and earn based on visits, with malpractice insurance included and travel covered when eligible.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted state NP license is required.
• Board certification: FNP, AGNP, or ANP.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Available for at least 60 hours/month.

Responsibilities

We’re hiring 1099 NPs to complete pre-scheduled, in-home health assessments for Medicare Advantage, Medicaid, and commercial health plan members. Pre-populated forms, structured workflows, no treatment plans — just clean assessment work.

Compensation — earn more as you commit more:

• Base rate of $80 per completed assessment

• Tiered pay structure: Your per-visit rate increases as you commit to more hours per month

• 6–11 visits/day = $500–$1000 per day

• Pay-per-test bonuses for qualifying visits (labs, screenings, etc.)

• Rates vary by market — recruiter will share specifics for your state

Position Details:
