Qualifications

• Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
• State licensed in California at start date.
• In past 5 years, practiced as Advanced Practitioner in outpatient primary care settings.

Responsibilities

• Manage a patient panel with acute, chronic, and well visits.
• Provide in-office and testing center care, with occasional tele-health visits.
• Participate in weekly Clinical Rounds and other learning modalities.
• Collaborate with in-office and virtual clinical teams.
• Utilize clinical training and perform in-office procedures as appropriate.
• Pursue additional state licensure and credentialing for virtual care in more states.
