Job summary
Pivotal Healthcare is seeking experienced part-time nurse practitioners to join our clinical team in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Our clinicians provide care in patients' homes using a company vehicle, offering a wide range of services including check-ups, treatment for illnesses, and prescription of medications.

Qualifications
- At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in the Emergency Department, Urgent Care, or family practice.
- Current driver’s license and clean driving record.
- Prescriptive authority and DEA license.
Responsibilities
- See patients in their homes and provide general and preventative care.
- Conduct check-ups, treat illnesses, and order lab tests.
- Perform minor procedures and manage follow-ups.
