Job summary

Pivotal Health, Inc. is seeking a part-time nurse practitioner to deliver high-quality in-home care across Northeast Wisconsin, supported by a company vehicle and essential supplies.

You will provide general and preventive care for all ages, perform minor procedures such as splinting and wound care, and coordinate specialist referrals with primary care follow-ups. Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of NP experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice, Wisconsin NP license,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of nurse practitioner experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice.
• Unrestricted Wisconsin NP license and national board certification.
• DEA license and prescriptive authority.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Your Role

As a part-time nurse practitioner, you’ll be the face of Pivotal Health, delivering:

• Friendly, compassionate, and convenient care in patients’ homes using a company-provided vehicle equipped with necessary supplies and tools.
• General and preventative care for all ages.
• Minor procedures (splinting, wound care, suturing).
• Specialist referrals and primary care follow-ups.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of nurse practitioner experience in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or Family Practice.
