Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, is looking for a Part Time Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to provide In-Home Health Evaluations across Wisconsin and Oregon. The clinician will engage with clients at their homes, offering essential care and bridging gaps in health services.

Ideal candidates will hold an active, unrestricted license and board certification. Flexibility for travel to client's locations and the ability to adapt to diverse environments are vital.

The position offers selected benefits, malpractice insurance, and supplies.

Competenze

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Board certification (required).
