Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited School of Nursing, licensed as a registered nurse, and certified as a Nurse Practitioner.
• Physician Assistant must hold state licensure and NCCPA certification.
• Minimum of two years of experience with adult or geriatric populations preferred.

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents.
