Job summary

AlignMed Partners seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for the Hackett Hill Center in Manchester, NH. The role provides primary and urgent care to nursing center residents, with no on-call weekends and a 40-hour workweek.

The base salary range is $112,320–$128,960 per year, plus a no-cap incentive program. New grads are welcome to apply, and a supportive leadership team backs ongoing clinical education and career growth.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing program and be licensed as a registered nurse.
• Certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a Master's Degree in Nursing (Older Adult or Family NP).
• PA must graduate from an ARC-PA accredited program and hold PANCE and state licensure; NCCPA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents in collaboration with other providers.
• Collaborate with Center Leadership, Medical Director, and attending physicians for patient care and center goals.
