Job summary

UHealth is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team. You’ll manage your own patient panel 2–3 days per week, with autonomy and strong clinical support in a physician-led environment.

You’ll coordinate care with nursing staff and specialists, document in the EMR daily, and enjoy a collaborative, supportive workplace, with a healthy work-life balance and a quarterly bonus potential.

Qualifications

UHealth is seeking a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our post-acute care team and provide high-quality patient care right in your community - 2 to 3 days each week - you decide! This is an excellent opportunity for an NP who values autonomy and strong clinical support in a collaborative, physician-led environment.

As a Nurse Practitioner with UHealth, you'll manage and coordinate care for your own patient panel while benefiting from comprehensive onboarding, ongoing training, and dedicated Medical Director oversight. What We're Looking For

• Nurse Practitioner with experience in Geriatrics, Internal Medicine, Hospital Medicine, ICU, Emergency Medicine, or General Practice
