Job summary

Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. in Charleston, SC seeks a Nurse Practitioner (AP Provider) to deliver equitable primary care to adult Medicare patients, including routine visits, wellness exams, and risk assessments.

• National certification in family, adult-gerontology, or gerontological specialties required
• Active NP license, DEA license, and US work authorization required
• Prefer experience in primary care, understanding of HCC, ICD-10 coding, and health risk assessments
• Bilingual skills are a plus
