Join to apply for the Nurse Practitioner role at Dentrust Optimized Care Solutions.

We are seeking Nurse Practitioners to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to Military Service members.

This position primarily involves weekend work, with occasional weekdays, under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Colorado, on an "as needed" basis.

We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements to maintain a deployable military force for the following branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

Responsibilities:

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview service members to assess current and prior medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results for readiness classification using our proprietary system.

Requirements:

• Active NP license in the state.
• CPR/BLS Certification.
• Experience in primary care, urgent care, or occupational health (preferred).
• Experience with mobile medical services (preferred).
• Knowledge of military systems, protocols, and terminology (preferred).
• Ability to work in fast-paced environments with high volumes.
• Extended hours and travel, including remote military installations, are required.
• Weekend availability is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Note: Diagnosing, treating, or prescribing medications is not required.
