Qualifications

• Active NP license in Ohio.
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant).
• Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio.
• Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health screenings.
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols.
• Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care as appropriate.
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging.
• Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR system.
