Qualifications

Active NP license in Ohio.
MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
Current national NP board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant).
Valid DEA license and prescriptive authority in Ohio.
Experience in primary care or family medicine preferred.
Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
Compassionate, team-oriented, evidence-based practice.

Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical examinations, and health screenings.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions across patient populations.
Develop and implement individualized patient care plans and treatment protocols.
Prescribe medications, therapies, and follow-up care as appropriate.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs and imaging.
Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and wellness.
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the EHR system.
