Job summary

Premise Health in Celebration, FL seeks a Full Time Nurse Practitioner to deliver primary care and women's health services in our onsite Health Center. The role blends preventive care with lifestyle medicine, providing care to employees and dependents.

You’ll work a 4-day week with 40 hours, two shifts, and a remote week every five weeks for virtual visits. We offer competitive pay, generous PTO, CEU/CME allowances, comprehensive benefits, and a path to growth within a collaborative clinical

Qualifications

• Current NP license and prescriptive authority where applicable.
• Experience in ambulatory care or occupational health.
• Familiarity with women’s health and primary care delivery.
• Active DEA license and national certification required.

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs procedures such as injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, and ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans, health maintenance, and development.
• Orders and interprets diagnostic tests to assess clinical conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments, including medications and therapies.
• Refers patients to specialists or physicians as needed.
• Maintains patient health records ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
• Educates and coaches nursing staff on best practices.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

As a Full Time Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide care to client employees and their dependents in our Health Center located inCelebration, FL.

Schedule:

4-day workweek | Full-time | 40 hours/week | Hours are7:00 AM–5:30 PM and8:30 AM–7:00 PM

• Week 1: Monday–Thursday
• Week 2: Tuesday–Friday
• Every other weekend enjoy a 4-day weekend!
• Every 5 weeks: Work a remote week providing virtual patient visits from home.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong Advanced Practice Provider with a background in women’s health
• Primary care experience is required
• Lifestyle medicine experience is a must
• Comfortable caring for a broad female patient population and providing both women’s health and primary care services

What You’ll Bring

• Maintains state RN licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
• Maintains State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
• Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
• Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
• Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing (if Master Degree in Science certificate does not state Nursing on it then a copy of transcripts is required)
• Current certification with hands‑on training in AHA, ARC or equivalent Basic Life Support for health care providers is required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support may also be required based on contract scope of services
• At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in an ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice or emergency department setting
