Job summary

ASHFORD CONNEX, LLC is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an open primary care role in Bradford, PA. You will deliver high-quality primary care in collaboration with physicians and staff, and you will manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.

You will educate and support patients and families, and contribute to improving care processes and outcomes within the practice.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP certification.
• Current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Provide high-quality primary care in collaboration with physicians and staff.
• Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.

• Competitive pay: $115,000–$145,000 plus $30,000 sign on bonus.
