Calqulate Metrics Ltd is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for a primary care role based in Bradford, PA. You will provide high-quality care in collaboration with physicians and staff, and manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.

We offer competitive compensation of $115,000–$145,000 annually plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus, plus medical/dental/vision insurance, retirement contributions, generous PTO, tuition reimbursement, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP certification.
• Current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
