Essenti Talent in Bradford, PA is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for an established Primary Care Practice. You will work in collaboration with physicians and staff to deliver high-quality primary care and manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.

This full-time position offers competitive compensation ($115,000–$145,000) plus a $30,000 sign-on bonus, plus benefits including medical/dental/vision/Life, retirement contributions, an HSA, generous PTO, tuition

Qualifications

• Active PA or NP certification is required.
• Current CPR; ACLS/BLS preferred.
• Strong communication and clinical skills.
• Manage your own patient panel with clinical independence.
• Educate and support patients and families.
