Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care in Alexandria, VA seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our growing urgent care team on a part-time basis. The role focuses on patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, with collaborative support from a physician-led organization.

Shifts are 4 hours (8:00 AM–12:00 PM), totaling 19 partial shifts, with a structured schedule and opportunities for performance bonuses, comprehensive benefits, and license/education support through Inova.

Formación

• NP with MSN/ACNP or PA with NCCPA certification.
• Virginia license and DEA license.
• Minimum 1 year urgent care or emergency medicine experience.
• BLS & ACLS certification; signed practice agreement as applicable.

• Provide patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced urgent care setting.
• Collaborate with physicians and staff to deliver quality services.
• Follow protocols and contribute to continuous improvement.

Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant (NP/PA) – Urgent Care Part time

Compensation

This position is paid on a salaried basis; however, the equivalent hourly rate ranges from $69.00 to $77.00 per hour, depending on experience, location, and FTE status. Total compensation may also include bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Inova-GoHealth Urgent Care is looking for dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants to join our expanding team. We currently have a part‑time opportunity available at our South Alex location in, Alexandria, Virginia. This is an excellent chance to provide high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a collaborative and fast‑paced urgent care environment while making a meaningful impact in the community.

Part‑Time Schedule Overview

• Total Shifts: 19 partial shifts
• Shift Length: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (4 hours each)
• Breakdown Weekday Shifts: 17 Weekend shifts: 2

Minimum Qualifications

• Education: NP: Master’s in Advanced Clinical Practice or post‑master’s certificate program PA: Graduate of accredited PA program and NCCPA certification
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of full‑time experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine
• Licensure & Certification: BLS & ACLS Certification Licensed FNP or PA in Virginia DEA License Signed Practice Agreement and Scope of Practice/Protocol
• Credentialing Requirements: Successful completion of payer credentialing (Medicare/Medicaid) Medical Staff credentialing for clinical privileges
