Family Connects is seeking a Nurse Practice Manager to lead nursing education, onboarding, and site support across diverse communities. The role emphasizes fidelity to the Family Connects model, ANCC-aligned education planning, and strong leadership for maternal and infant health initiatives.

The position requires a BSN and a Master’s degree, bilingual Spanish capabilities, and at least five years of clinical experience including two in maternal/infant health, plus supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• BSN required; active unencumbered RN license in the state of residence.
• Master’s degree in nursing, public health, or related field.
• Bi-lingual in Spanish.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience, including 2 years in maternal and/or infant health.
• Minimum of 2 years nurse supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of infant development, attachment, and milestones.
• Knowledge of postpartum health.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
• Experience with educational design processes and evaluation.
• Experience delivering formal presentations in person or virtually.

Responsibilities

• Champion and fully learn all aspects of the Family Connects model and home visiting protocol.
• Develop, plan, and deliver nursing education for FC sites and site staff.
• Orient, educate, and evaluate nurses in the Family Connects Model.
• Serve as Nurse Planner for nursing education in ANCC compliance.
• Utilize web-based communication and learning methodologies.
• Conduct quality assurance through in-person site visits.
• Update education resources and manage the internal document storage system.
• Collaborate with the FC team to provide site support and nursing assistance.
• Co/facilitate organized meetings, internally and externally.
• Lead the Spanish-speaking Community of Practice meetings.
