Qualifications

• State of Idaho licensed CMA, LPN, or RN with at least two years in a family practice setting.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, lead, and coordinate daily nursing support staff activities.
• Provide direct patient care and triage as appropriate.
• Supervise nursing staff and coordinate with other departments.
• Maintain quality assurance and safety compliance in the clinic.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
