Job summary

Family Connects International is seeking a Nurse Practice Manager to lead nurse onboarding, education and quality assurance across FC sites. The role requires building subject-matter expertise, ensuring fidelity to the Family Connects model, and supporting education initiatives with ANCC-aligned planning.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of residence.
• Master’s degree in nursing, public health or related field.
• BSN degree completed.
• Active CPR certification.
• Minimum of 5 years clinical experience with at least 2 years in maternal and/or infant health.
• Minimum of 2 years nurse supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of infant development, attachment, and milestones.
• Knowledge of postpartum health.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and principles.
• Experience working with culturally diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and/or assist in orienting, educating, and evaluating nurses in the Family Connects Model.
• Serve as Nurse Planner for nursing education in compliance with ANCC policies and protocols.
• Utilize web-based communication and learning methodologies.
• Conduct quality assurance site visits per FC protocol.
• Update education resources and manage internal document storage.
• Collaborate with FC team to provide site nursing support and fidelity to the model.
• Co/facilitate organized meetings, internally and externally.
• Lead the Spanish-speaking Community of Practice meetings.
