The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in nursing, RN licensure, and ANCC certification within 18 months of hire, with leadership experience and willingness to travel within the market at various sites.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date.
• ANCC certification obtained within 18 months of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Aligns market-level operations with CPD priorities and translates strategies into local plans.
• Leads change, communicates vision, and ensures budget stewardship for CPD goals.
• Builds relationships with market executives, hospital leadership, and enterprise partners to ensure alignment.
