Ascension's Continuing Professional Development team in Tulsa is seeking a nurse leader to align market operations with CPD goals and guide growth through data-driven planning and direct observations.

You will translate national strategies into local action, monitor performance against KPIs, and build strong relationships with hospital leaders and enterprise partners to ensure alignment and accountability across stakeholders.

Formación

• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing.
• ANCC credential obtained within 18 months of hire date.
• Master's degree with 3 years of applicable cumulative job-specific experience, incl. 2 years in leadership/management.
• NPD Certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Aligns market-level operations with CPD and strategic priorities.
• Translates strategies into actionable local plans using data and observations.
• Develops and monitors market-specific strategies to drive awareness and KPIs.
• Leads change while ensuring budget stewardship and CPD goals for clinical staff.
