Job summary

Qualifications
- Registered nurse licensed in applicable states with current license.
- 3–5 years' experience as Director of Nursing/Clinical Administrator in long-term care.
- Strong knowledge of health care management, RAI processes, and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
- Provide interim leadership of clinical departments in care centers and assisted living as needed.
- Assist with training and orientation of new clinical team members.
- Observe and provide feedback to leadership on site improvements.
- Support startups for new openings or acquisitions and assist with special clinical projects.
