Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. in Bridgewater, MA seeks a Nurse to administer medications to incarcerated patients enrolled in the MAT program at Old Colony Correctional Center.

This 32-hour/week position (5:00 am–1:00 pm, every other weekend) requires MA nursing license (LPN or RN) and CPR/BLS certification; experience in substance abuse or acute inpatient care is preferred. Location: Bridgewater, MA - Old Colony Correctional Center. Medication for Opioid Use Disorder Program

Schedule: 32 hours a week. 5:00am-1:00pm, every other weekend required

Pay rate: $38.00-$42.00/hour. $10/hour shift differential on the weekend

The Nurse is responsible for:

• Administering medication to incarcerated patients who are enrolled in the Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) Program
• Triaging patients referred to treatment for Opioid Use and/or Alcohol Use Disorder
• Control, counting and administer medication in accordance with state and federal standards and regulation.

Qualifications

• Valid MA nursing license from accredited school required, LPN or RN
• Must have current CPR/BLS certification
• Experience in substance abuse/mental health field or an acute care inpatient healthcare environment preferred.
• DOC experience preferred
