Job summary

Spectrum Health Systems, Inc. is seeking a Nurse to administer medications to incarcerated patients in the MOUD program at Shirley MA. You will triage patients referred to treatment for Opioid and Alcohol Use Disorders and ensure medication is counted and administered per state and federal standards.

The position requires a MA nursing license (LPN or RN) and CPR/BLS certification, with preference for experience in substance abuse/mental health and DOC settings.

Qualifications

• Valid MA nursing license from accredited school required, LPN or RN.
• Must have current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in substance abuse/mental health preferred.
• DOC experience preferred.

Schedule

40 hours a week. 5:00am-1:00pm, every other weekend required

Pay rate

$38.00-$42.00/hour. $10/hour shift differential on the weekend

The Nurse Is Responsible For

• Administering medication to incarcerated patients who are enrolled in the Substance Use Disorder Treatment (SUDT) Program
• Triaging patients referred to treatment for Opioid Use and/or Alcohol Use Disorder
• Control, counting and administer medication in accordance with state and federal standards and regulation.

Qualifications
