Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
Two years of experience as a registered nurse in acute care or ambulatory settings.
Current Florida RN license or valid eNLC multistate RN license.
BLS certification is required.
Certifications may be required based on patient population: ACLS, PALS, NALS, TNCC.

Responsibilities

Oversee delivery and management of patient care in assigned practice areas, ensuring safety and adherence to policies.
Ensure staffing levels meet daily patient needs and promote high-quality care.
Support design and evaluation of care delivery models to improve patient outcomes.
Promote evidence-based practice and customer service across the unit/department.
Monitor operational expenses and assist with budgeting to meet financial goals.
