Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Master's degree in Nursing strongly preferred.
• Three years of nursing experience required.
• Current RN licensure in North Carolina is required; leadership certification within three months of hire may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise functions of assigned patient care area on a 24-hour basis.
• Develop and implement clinical and operational plans for the department.
• Collaborate with leadership to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Coach, mentor, and develop staff to enhance patient care and professional growth.
• Coordinate staffing, budgets, and resources to support efficient unit operations.
• Ensure documentation and quality metrics are maintained and improved.

Education
