• Ensure delivery of clinical patient care and compliance with policies and procedures.
• Promote a professional practice model and staff involvement in clinical standards.
• Collaborate with administration to develop strategic and operational plans for the unit.
• Coordinate staffing, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure quality patient care.
