Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of three years work experience in a medical or related business.
• Understanding of insurance plans including HMO, PPO, POS, commercial, Medicare, Medicaid.
• Solid understanding of patient flow in a medical office.
• Working knowledge of medical software, Word and Excel.
• Experience managing daily cash activity and reconciling income reports with daily payments.
• Current RN license in the state of employment.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the practice site(s) and supervise clinical and admin staff.
• Coordinate provider schedules and optimize patient care hours.
• Manage practice collections and ensure service excellence.
• Perform data entry accuracy checks and report flow between sites and central offices.
• Lead staff meetings and participate in performance reviews.
• Develop and implement policies to support the practice.
