Job summary

CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population while continuously expanding education and experience.

You will perform patient assessments, administer medications, manage complex care plans, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a patient-first mindset with strong critical thinking.

Qualifications

  • Oregon RN License required.
  • AHA BLS within 30 days.
  • ACLS within 6 months.
  • PALS within 12 months.
  • One (1) year OR circulating experience.

Responsibilities

  • Observes, collects, and records data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care ability, as well as educational and discharge planning needs.
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate a nursing diagnosis.
  • Implements an age appropriate plan of care.
  • Documents and utilizes patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
  • Effectively manages and utilizes sophisticated equipment.
  • Coordinates care given by other disciplines to ensure that the patient’s care needs are met and progress toward goals is attained.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population continuously building your education and experience.
