Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery. Every day you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You’ll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. To be successful, you will possess keen assessment skills, acute critical thinking, and a patient‑first mindset, driven by a profound enthusiasm to help others.

• Observe, collect, and record data related to patient’s biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care ability.
• Analyze assessment findings and test results to provide the basis for planning timely and effective nursing interventions.
• Implement an age‑appropriate plan of care.
• Document and utilize patient data to measure progress toward attainment of patient outcomes and patient goals.
• Document the care given in a complete and timely manner.

Shift: 1 pm – 9 : 30 pm

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon, Thu; Week 2 Tue, Wed, Fri, Sat

Qualifications

• Oregon RN License
• AHA BLS
• ACLS within 90 days
• PALS within 6 months
• ENPC within 6 months
• TNCC within 12 months
• 2400 hours of experience within the last 2 years in the Emergency Department OR 2400 hours Emergency Department experience within the last 5 years with current TNCC, PALS and ACLS.
• Associate’s Degree in Nursing
