Job summary

CHI Mercy Health in Oregon is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high‑quality care that supports patient recovery and well‑being. You will perform thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans within an interdisciplinary team in a fast‑paced environment.

You will administer medications with precision, implement age‑appropriate plans, and monitor chronic ventilator patients.

Qualifications

  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days
  • ACLS within 6 months
  • One year of RN experience or current RN with CHI Mercy Health
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing

Responsibilities

  • Observe, collect, and record patient data; formulate nursing diagnoses and measure progress.
  • Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
  • Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.

  • Observe, collect, and record patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self-care data; formulate nursing diagnoses, and measure progress.
  • Implement age-appropriate care plans in collaboration with physicians, patients, families, and the healthcare team.
  • Administer medications with precision for patient safety.
  • Manage chronic ventilator patients, including emergency interventions.

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun; Week 2 Mon, Fri, Sat

Job Requirements
  • Oregon RN License
  • AHA BLS within 30 days

  • One (1) year of RN experience or Current RN with CHI Mercy Health

  • PCCN
