Job Summary And Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high‑quality care that truly impacts our patients' well‑being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans.   • Assess and develop a plan of care.
  • Provide case management and documents skilled care, treatments and diagnostic procedures.
  • Complete and document initial evaluation of assigned patients.
  • Assess patient status and skilled nursing needs on admission and each subsequent visit.
  • Prepare recertification, discharge summaries and all federally required data entry and/or forms for Medicare.

Shift: 8 am – 5 pm

Core Schedule: Mon, Wed, Fri; includes on‑call rotation

Student loan repayment program as well as relocation assistance offered!

Job Requirements
  • Oregon RN License
