Job Summary and Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

  • Observes, collects, and records patient biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, and self‑care data.
  • Analyzes assessment data to formulate nursing diagnoses and implement age‑appropriate care plans.
  • Documents patient data to measure progress, identifying and meeting learning needs for patients and/or significant others.
  • Administers medication and follows precautions to ensure patient safety, including fall prevention.
  • Coordinates care with other disciplines, shares knowledge, floats as needed, and attends required educational programs.
Shift and Schedule

Shift: 6:45 am – 7:15 pm.

Core Schedule: Week 1 Sun, Mon; Week 2 Mon, Sat; Week 3 Sun, Wed; Week 4 Thu, Fri.

Job Requirements
  • Oregon RN License.
