Qualifications

• Knowledge of common organization- or research-specific and other computer application programs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and influence, both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to use discretion and maintain all confidentiality.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Strong skills in analyzing, researching and synthesizing large amounts of data for preparing sound and relevant proposals / analyses.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
• Strong policy analysis techniques.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management
• Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
• Two years of progressively responsible administrative or program coordination experience
• Experience coordinating graduate medical education, nursing education, residency, fellowship, or academic programs.
• Experience working in an academic health center, School of Nursing, or healthcare organization

Responsibilities

• Provide mid-level management of the NURSE-OC program.
• Coordinate curriculum development and student placements, commitment agreements, and program meetings.
• Provide status updates and liaise with nursing students, faculty, staff, and community partners.
• Apply advanced operational concepts to resolve complex issues and oversee new programs and processes.
