Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience.
  • Two years of progressive administrative or program coordination experience.
  • Experience coordinating graduate medical education, nursing education, residency, or academic programs.
  • Experience working in an academic health center, School of Nursing, or healthcare organization.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate curriculum development and student placements for the NURSE-OC program.
  • Manage commitment agreements, run regular program meetings, and provide status updates.
  • Coordinate schedules and liaise with faculty, staff, and community partners.
  • Apply advanced operational concepts to resolve highly complex issues.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of new programs and processes.
