Responsibilities

• The Nurse Manager facilitates the realization of the organization’s mission, strategic plan, and values at the point of care and leads the provision of quality nursing care.
• They will oversee the virtual care program including virtual nursing and remote observation and report through Care Coordination System.
• Collaborates with administrators and health care teams to design, evaluate and improve patient care systems and processes.
