Qualifications

• Strong experience in Nursing/Medical customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute multiple projects to achieve Nursing, IS and UVMHN business objectives.
• Manage cross-departmental projects and support onboarding efforts.
• Support deployment, activation, operations and evaluation of telehealth services with partners and patients.
• Develop operational improvements and analyze organizational processes as needed.
