Qualifications

• Possession of RN license in Vermont or multi-state license
• Five+ years of professional nursing experience including two+ years in a supervisory role
• Must maintain Vermont RN licensure as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Direct daily clinical operations under the supervision of the Nursing Services Director.
• Develop and oversee processes to ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance.
• Support, guide, educate, and hold staff accountable in clinical practices and documentation.
• Collaborate with executive leadership and external agencies to support departmental goals.
• Participate in emergency preparedness activities and oversee clinical activities during emergencies.
• Contribute to policy development and QA initiatives.
