Cambridge Health Alliance seeks an experienced Nurse Manager to lead Urgent Care and Endoscopy at the Somerville Campus. The role provides 24/7 operational and clinical accountability, mentoring multidisciplinary teams and ensuring patient flow and regulatory compliance across two fast-paced service lines.

Ideal candidates hold a BSN with 3–5 years of relevant clinical leadership experience, MA RN licensure, and strong focus on safety, CQI, and staffing strategy.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN required; MSN/MHA preferred.
• Licensure: Active RN license in MA.
• Experience: 3–5 years in Urgent Care, Emergency, or Endoscopy.
• Leadership: 2–3 years in management or clinical leadership.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS preferred; CGRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Urgent Care and Endoscopy operations and staffing.
• Optimize patient throughput and scheduling; ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Oversee regulatory readiness, safety, and quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage staffing plans, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
• Develop budgets, inventory control, and cost containment for two service lines.
