Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's in Health Administration or related preferred.
• Five+ years of progressive nursing leadership experience in ambulatory/outpatient settings preferred.
• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations of the outpatient transplant clinic.
• Coordinate pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up workflows.
• Monitor patient throughput, scheduling efficiency, and resource use.
• Develop standardized clinical workflows and processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and develop nursing staff.
• Provide coaching and performance evaluations.

What You’ll Do

• Direct and oversee daily operations of the outpatient transplant clinic.
• Coordinate clinical workflows across pre-transplant evaluation and post-transplant follow-up.
• Monitor patient throughput, clinic capacity, access, scheduling efficiency, and resource utilization.
• Develop and implement standardized clinical workflows and operational processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure seamless patient care.
• Participate in operational planning for new programs and service expansion.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, mentor, and develop nursing and clinical support staff.
• Provide ongoing coaching, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
• Foster employee engagement and a culture of continuous learning.
• Resolve patient concerns and service recovery issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Health Administration or related preferred.

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years relevant management experience.
• Five or more years of progressive nursing experience in ambulatory or outpatient clinical practice.

Licenses & Certifications:

• Current Connecticut Registered Nurse license required.
• Specialty Certification in transplantation, ambulatory care, or nursing leadership preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
