North Ridge Health and Rehab in Minneapolis, MN is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Transitional Care (TCU) team as a Nurse Manager. You will lead the nursing staff and ensure residents receive exceptional care.

Ideal candidates hold MN RN licensure, CPR, confidentiality compliance, and strong leadership and communication skills to thrive in a busy, regulated environment. You will mentor staff, coordinate care plans, and work with the interdisciplinary team to deliver

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the MN Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing leadership and support to the nursing team.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate nursing care plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate records, including progress notes and medication charts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and facility policies.
• Mentor and support new staff members.
