Sea Mar Community Health Centers in Lacey, WA, seeks a Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) for our Lacey Medical Clinic, with potential duties at the Thurston County Walk In Clinic. The role collaborates with the Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director to oversee nursing staff and ensure Sea Mar’s standards and regulatory compliance.

Hourly Rate: $36.04 - $44.44
Annual Salary: $74,958.09 - $92,444.35 (depending on license/experience)
Full‑time Nurse Manager position available for our Lacey Medical Clinic, may also work at the Thurston County Walk In Clinic. Sea Mar Community Health Centers is accredited by The Joint Commission and recognized by the National Committee of Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) level III.
The Nurse Manager works in conjunction with Health Center Administrator and Clinical Director in daily operations of the clinic. The Nurse Manager oversees clinical and administrative supervision of all the nursing personnel in the clinic. Ideal candidates will be empathetic, calm, passionate, and motivated to make a difference. They will know the Social Determinants of health, what that means in Community Health Care, and how that is different from other health care facilities. Candidates in this position must be an RN or LPN.
