Job summary

Sea Mar Community Health Centers seeks a Nurse Manager to lead nursing operations and supervise clinical care teams in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting. Working with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, you will ensure high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals.

The role requires an active WA RN license, ambulatory care supervisory experience, and strong leadership, communication skills.

Qualifications

• RN license in WA (or equivalent) is required.
• Ambulatory care supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• BLS/CPR certification required (or within 90 days of hire).
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff and clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards.
• Support provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider per day).
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination.
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts.
• Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model.

The Nurse Manager is a clinical leadership role responsible for overseeing nursing operations and supervising clinical care team staff in a fast-paced outpatient clinic setting.

Working collaboratively with the Clinic Manager and Medical Director, this role ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and achievement of clinical quality and productivity goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and evaluate nursing staff, medical assistants, and ancillary care team members
• Ensure compliance with clinical quality measures, infection control, and regulatory standards
• Support provider productivity (18–21 patients per provider per day)
• Oversee daily nursing operations, staffing, patient flow, and care coordination
• Monitor performance metrics, conduct audits, and lead quality improvement efforts
• Manage patient concerns and promote exceptional customer service using the AIDET model

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington State (LPNs considered with equivalent experience)
• Ambulatory care and supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, clinical judgment, and communication skills
• BLS/CPR required (or within 90 days of hire)
• Fast-paced outpatient clinic environment. May require occasional travel or coverage at other clinic sites.

Work Schedule

• Monday – Friday (Can be edited based on need)

Salary

• Starting Wage (RN): $84,470.00 - $92,444.35 based on experience
• Starting Wage (LPN): $74,958.09 - $77,982.97 based on experience
• Salary - Salary Plan, 83,200.00 USD Annual
