Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse with a current license to practice in Illinois.
• Minimum of 1 year in a leadership role, preferably in healthcare or long-term care.
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate staff.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.

Responsibilities
