Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, SC, seeks a Nurse Manager (RN) for the Sweetwater Free-Standing ED/ER location. You will mentor staff, supervise day-to-day operations, and ensure clinical practice aligns with evidence-based standards while supporting our physician partners.

The role includes leading performance improvement with quality teams, managing operational and capital budgets with the ED Director and CNO, and promoting a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• BSN required; Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
• Previous leadership experience required; management experience preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license. BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and supervise the unit staff to ensure effective operations.
• Lead professional growth and support development of staff.
• Collaborate with quality department and hospital leaders on performance improvement activities.
• Plan and execute operational and capital budgets with ED Director and CNO.
• Promote a culture of safety and evidence-based clinical practice.
