Job summary

Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina, seeks an experienced Clinical Nursing Supervisor (RN) for the Free-standing ER/ED @ Sweetwater. This full-time night shift (7pm–7am) position offers a sign-on bonus and the opportunity to lead a multidisciplinary nursing team in a high-acuity setting.

Qualified candidates will hold an SC nursing license (or compact state) with BSN preferred, and have 1–3 years supervisory experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program; SC license or compact state license required.
• BSN preferred.
• Minimum of one year full-time or three years part-time experience in acute care nursing.
• One to three years supervisory experience preferred.
• Current SC or compact state nursing license; BLS, ACLS and PALS (upon hire); NRP and TNCC (within 6 months); ENPC preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assumes shift responsibility and accountability for planning and provision of direct and indirect nursing care.
• Coordinates multidisciplinary team members and directs nursing staff toward safe, optimal outcomes.
• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Patient Centered Care and Service Excellence across all nursing activities.
