Aiken Regional Medical Centers in Aiken, South Carolina, is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) for two Free-Standing ED/ER locations. You will mentor staff, supervise operations, and collaborate with quality and hospital leaders to drive performance improvement while ensuring financial and clinical objectives are met.

The role requires a BSN, a Master's preferred, at least five years of nursing experience with leadership, SC RN license, BLS and ACLS.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Masters degree preferred.
• Minimum of five years nursing experience required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Current South Carolina RN license.
• BLS and ACLS required.

Responsibilities

• Nurse Manager ensures effective unit operations at two Free-Standing ED/ER locations by mentoring and supervising staff.
• Leads professional growth and facilitates development of a fully qualified, continuously improving staff.
• Collaborates with quality department and hospital leaders to redesign and lead performance improvement activities.
• Has 24-hour accountability for operational effectiveness and budget planning/execution with the Director and CNO.
• Ensures clinical practice is evidence-based and aligned with physician partners’ goals.
• Promotes a positive working environment and a culture of safety for staff and patients.
