Job summary

RM Management is seeking a Nurse Manager (RN) to join our senior living leadership team. You will partner with the Director of Nursing to oversee clinical operations, support resident-centered care, and mentor nursing staff.

The ideal candidate possesses an active Minnesota RN license, strong clinical judgment, and proven leadership in long-term care or assisted living. You will ensure regulatory compliance and drive quality improvement across day-to-day nursing functions.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Minnesota.
• Experience in assisted living, senior living, long-term care, or related healthcare setting.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and clinical best practices.
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
